Complaining, in a polite way, seriously pays off. Along with an extremely apologetic letter about my bag of chips that left what normally would have been a happy midtown lunch to utter despair (note: see past posting), I received this coupon for a FREE bag of chips, and three more offering 55 cents off a few more bags.
Not that I condone complaining, but sometimes, it pays to whine. Sometimes, you need to just say to yourself, Hey, what about me. ME! I count too, you know.
Along with the instant pick-me-up/gratification of new hair color (I am no longer a blonde), the response I got from Terra Chips was a little confirmation of my existence in the world.

Wooo Hooo!!! Congratulations. I don’t waste anytime sending a complaint email. Next on my list is Starbucks. The lids are smashing my straws AND they have me ticked off about the new pricing for a strawberry water. I don’t see how it could go from under $2 to $3.55 in less than a week.
I get excited by coupons like that too– but who wouldn’t? terra chips are amazing.
